Does CinchOps support Macs as well as Windows PCs?
Yes. Macs, iPhones and iPads are managed, secured and supported alongside Windows devices as part of the same managed IT service, with one help desk and one invoice.
Can Macs be managed and secured like company PCs?
Yes. Macs are enrolled in device management, encrypted with FileVault, protected with endpoint detection and MFA, and kept updated automatically. They meet the same security and compliance requirements as Windows machines.
Does Microsoft 365 work well on a Mac?
It does when it is set up correctly. Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Office run natively on macOS, and CinchOps configures them with single sign-on through your Microsoft identity so Mac users have the same experience as everyone else.
Can new Macs be set up without IT touching them?
