Most Houston SMBs we onboard are paying for E5 or Business Premium features they do not use, or sitting on Business Basic when Business Premium would close real security gaps. Yes. CinchOps handles Microsoft 365 migrations from Google Workspace, hosted Exchange, on-prem Exchange, and other email platforms. The migration includes mailbox and calendar moves, shared file migration to SharePoint or OneDrive, and a documented cutover plan with rollback procedures for each phase.
What is the Microsoft 365 security baseline?
The Microsoft 365 security baseline is the configuration Microsoft publishes as recommended for protecting the tenant against the most common attacks. It covers identity protection, conditional access, anti-phishing policies, safe attachments, safe links, and audit logging. Most SMB tenants have the baseline only partially in place when CinchOps takes them over.
How quickly do you respond to Microsoft 365 help desk requests?
CinchOps responds to Microsoft 365 tickets the same workday for most issues. Critical issues like a senior leader who cannot send mail or a full mailbox outage get worked immediately. The response standard is documented in the service agreement and the response times are tracked and reported monthly.
