What is your service coverage area for onsite?
CinchOps covers the Houston metro area from a Katy-based team. The standard same-workday onsite radius covers Katy, Houston, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Cypress, Richmond, Rosenberg, Fulshear, Brookshire, The Woodlands, Tomball, and Sealy. Onsite work outside that radius is possible by arrangement and gets quoted before the visit so the client knows the travel time.
How often do you visit a client's office?
The standard managed agreement includes quarterly scheduled onsite visits for an environment review and a planning conversation. On-demand visits happen whenever a project, an install, or an issue needs hands at the office. Some clients with larger environments or multiple locations get monthly scheduled visits as part of the agreement. The cadence gets set during the initial scoping conversation.
What kinds of projects do you do onsite?
Office moves, new location buildouts, server replacement projects, network refresh projects, structured cabling installations, conference room AV deployments, warehouse Wi-Fi surveys, security camera installations, and any rollout that needs more than one technician in one place at one time. Project work gets scoped, quoted, and scheduled separately from the managed agreement so the client sees what the project is going to cost before it starts.
How quickly can you get someone onsite for an emergency?
For priority-one issues during business hours, CinchOps targets a same-workday onsite response inside the standard coverage radius. After-hours emergencies get triaged by the on-call team and an onsite visit gets scheduled for the next morning if remote response cannot resolve the issue. Truly catastrophic events (major outage, security incident) get the response they need; the team mobilizes whoever is available.
Do you support clients with multiple locations?
Yes. CinchOps supports clients with several Houston-area locations and clients with one Houston office plus remote field workers. The onsite team covers the locations within the standard radius directly, and remote management covers the locations and the field workers regardless of where they are. For clients with locations outside Texas, CinchOps coordinates with a regional partner network for onsite hands when it is needed.
